Inventory – Track and Manage Your Stock Like a Pro
Inventory is the beating heart of your operations — this is where every movement of goods is controlled, tracked, and adjusted. Below are the key features explained in an intuitive flow.
Store Request allows departments to request transfers of items between warehouses (stores).
Item Transfer is the approval and execution of Store Requests. Once approved, goods are officially transferred between warehouses.
Production transforms raw materials into finished goods. You can define what raw materials are needed to produce an item.
Used for stock-taking to count physical inventory — usually done monthly.
Adjustments reflect the result of stock-taking or manual corrections.
It shows the remaining stock at the end of the current period. Double-click to view detailed movements in the Stock Card.
A historical log of all inventory movements for a specific item.
Shows final inventory figures at the end of the accounting period, used for financial reporting.
Account Payable – Track What You Owe with Clarity

The main list showing all outstanding payables — including invoices that are unpaid, partially paid, or pending approval.
Breaks down the payables by age — how many days they've been unpaid (e.g. 0-30 days, 31-60 days, etc.). Useful for monitoring overdue payments.
Used to record miscellaneous payables outside standard purchases — such as utility bills, rental fees, or other non-inventory costs.
Represents outstanding balances carried over from previous periods or manually entered beginning balances for new systems.
Records money you’ve pre-paid to suppliers — this will be deducted from future invoices.
